Need to get some winter exercise? Then join us on Sunday 3 August on the Three Creeks Walk in the Brisbane Ranges.
The walk explores 3 main creek systems in the rolling hills north of Steiglitz. It's rated Moderate, is 13km and should take 4 hours.
Date: Sunday 3 August
Where: The Crossing Picnic Area, Brisbane Ranges (97km from Melbourne)
Time: Meet at 9.30 for a 10am start
Getting there:
Follow the Western Freeway to Bacchus Marsh (53km) and then the Geelong Road south for about 27km. Turn right at Granite Road then left to Anakie. DeMotts Road is now followed for 10km to Steiglitz. From Steiglitz drive towards Meredith for 1.6km, then turn right down gravelled Hut Road. Park at the Crossing Picnic Area next to the creek.
