HIKE Inc. 24 (Kinglake)

Whilst I was pining for the fresh clean air on HIKE Inc. 24 at Kinglake on 4 November, Colin and Andrew were enjoying it. Here's Colin's account:

The weather leading up to the hike consisted of heavy rain and thunderstorms which I think had some of our keenest hikers laying in bed on Sunday morning quietly laughing at those who were about to embark on Hike Inc 24. The bad news for those who did decide to stay in bed was there was no rain, just sunshine and the smell and feel of clean, brisk air. The Hike was around Andrew's Hill at Kinglake and as you can see in the photo, there was Andrew and Colin. Whilst quite a steep walk for the first hour or so of the hike, the pace was blistering. There was no time for lunch (maybe partially because Andrew didn't bring any) but there was lots of time for chatting, D&M's, bird watching and the occasional hug.
